We are looking for a Social Media and Marketing Specialist who has a passion for esports to join our marketing team and help develop our Esports brand, ESportsBattle, on social media and create and develop marketing content, campaigns, and activities for our esports division.


Responsibilities:

  • Creating, planning, and regularly updating content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) while considering current trends and the interests of the target audience.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build brand, awareness and customer satisfaction. Involvement in Marketing Strategy Development.
  • Planned and managed marketing materials' design, content, and production, creating briefs and tasks for photo and video content creation.
  • Create communication and marketing materials, and presentations, for new products, launches, and promotions.
  • Assistance with preparing materials related to the esports brand for presentation at exhibitions and during them.
  • Results Monitoring: Analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, tracking KPIs, preparing reports, and providing suggestions for optimizing strategies.
  • Assisting with marketing materials for the sales and account teams.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Social Media Marketing and Marketing Communications.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and advertising options.
  • Creative mindset with a demonstrated ability to think outside the box and implement guerilla marketing strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for compelling storytelling.
  • Ability to think outside the box to implement creative and unconventional marketing campaigns that will achieve the set goals.
  • Understanding of the eSports and Gaming Industry.
  • English upper intermediate or higher.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
